A Cream Tea and Walks in Nature

Our delicious cream tea at Cobbs Farm Shop in Englefield.

After a beautiful autumnal walk at Moor Copse Nature Reserve, Andrew and I went for a cream tea at the Cobbs Farm shop in Englefield. They have a very smart new outdoor seating area with a huge canvas tent and lots of picnic tables and chairs. It was ever so cosy and they have a delicious selection of teas, coffees and cakes. We decided to have a pot of earl grey and some fruit scones with cream and jam.

Inspired by the Creative Newsletter from Victorija Illustration I’ve been doing a lot of sketchbook work in response to my walks out in nature over the course of the different lockdowns in the UK. I’ve been using the A6 size Seawhite Eco Sketchbooks which I bought from a lovely independent art shop called Stuart R Stevenson in London.
